My name is Jarrod Rogers and I'm the owner, operator, personal trainer and biggest fan of Fun and Functional Personal Training. This business, this service, is an extension and combination of my competencies and passion. My belief in functional training and exercise to enhance life is grounded in scientific and proven research, methods and results. I'm not a wellness or life coach and I'm not interested in selling you diet supplements or equipment - I'm a personal trainer and I'm only interested in providing you with the best personal training I can.

Possess a current Certificate in First Aid and CPR. Registered Exercise Professional Level 2 with Fitness Australia. Fun and Functional Training is a Registered Sole Trading Business Level 2 with Fitness Australia. I operate within my professional scope of practice as a personal trainer and adhere to the guidelines and policies of Fitness Australia.
